Decora AI is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to:

• Upload photographs of interior spaces
• Select design styles and preferences
• Receive AI-generated design variations using Google Gemini AI technology
• Download and save generated designs
• Access a personal gallery of generated designs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Credits and Payment Terms

4.1 Credit System

• New users receive 2 free credits upon registration
• Each AI-generated design variation costs 1 credit
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law

4.2 Purchasing Credits

• Credits can be purchased through our pricing page using Stripe payment processing
• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe - we do not store credit card information
• Upon successful payment, credits are added to your account immediately

4.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of AI-generated content being delivered instantly, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits, please contact us at trydecora@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Uploaded Content

• You retain all ownership rights to photographs you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and use your images solely to provide the Service
• You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit
• You must not upload images containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content you do not have permission to use

5.2 AI-Generated Designs

• AI-generated designs are created for your personal use
• You may download and use generated designs for personal or commercial projects
• Generated designs are created by AI and may not be unique - similar designs could be generated for other users
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated designs but retain the right to showcase examples for marketing purposes

5.3 Service Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Decora AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or violates any rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service or generated content as a competing service
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. AI Technology and Limitations

7.1 AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses Google Gemini AI to generate design variations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy
• Generated designs are suggestions and may not be architecturally sound or feasible
• Results depend on the quality of your uploaded image and input parameters
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that results will meet your expectations

7.2 No Professional Advice

The Service provides design inspiration only and does not constitute professional interior design, architectural, or construction advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making structural changes or significant investments based on AI-generated designs.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services, including:

• Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage)
• Google Gemini AI (image generation)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Google Custom Search API (furniture product search)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

10.1 Amazon Associates Program

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Decora AI is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and other Amazon domains.

When you use our furniture discovery feature, we may display product recommendations from Amazon. If you click on these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps support the Service and allows us to continue providing free features.

Product recommendations are generated by AI based on the design in your image. We do not guarantee product availability, pricing accuracy, or seller reliability. All purchases are subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at trydecora@gmail.com. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited without refund.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users or the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
